Because we ship the paddles and bundles directly from our warehouses, we try to ship them the next business day. Transit times will vary based on location. Pickleball gear, t-shirts and hats are shipped separately and arrive in 5-9 business days after an order is placed. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way and you can always check your tracking numbers:)

We hope you never have to return a product, but if you do we will do our best to satisfy your expectations and help you to be happy with your purchased items.

You have 30 days to return an item from the date of shipment. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. However, if a paddle is used but it is still in new condition with no scrapes, dents, marks, wear and tear, etc., you may still be eligible for a refund if received within 30 days. After an order has been shipped, we are unable to change your address. We cannot issue refunds for orders that were shipped to the incorrect address provided by the customer.

Customers purchasing portable nets, these are large items and due to the shipping and handling costs, these are not returnable unless there is a defect.  Note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

However, The Big Dink has created a downloadable simplified pickleball rules guide designed to give you all the basics and start playing immediately. It includes the top 10 Pickleball Rules, Pickleball Court Dimensions and The 2 Bounce Rule.
