Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to make a return, we’re here to help. You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To qualify, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it. Used paddles may still be eligible if they remain in like-new condition with no marks, dents, or visible wear. If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us right away so we can make it right.

A couple of notes:

  • Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to change the delivery address or issue refunds for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • We do not cover return shipping costs unless a product is defective.

We will do our best to process your exchange or refund request as soon as possible and typically within 7 business days. Refunds will be processed by credit to your credit card. Portable nets: Due to the shipping costs of large items, these are not returnable unless there is a defect.
